Guitar and violin duo make their Hoover debut
In the summer of 2019, Davis Little and Haleigh Black’s paths converged, kindled by their shared love for music. Their bond deepened as they fell in love with both music and each other, embarking on a journey of songwriting and live performances as a violin and guitar duo. Based in Birmingham, AL, the duo’s music transcends boundaries, drawing inspiration from a myriad of genres and global influences, free from the constraints of a single category. Their compositions, often likened to an instrumental fusion of jazz, folk and world music, take center stage in unique and spirited performances. Infused with improvisation, vibrant rhythms, and catchy melodies, their shows enchant both avid concertgoers and everyday music enthusiasts alike. The duo recently returned from a tour of the UK and Europe & have begun recording their debut album which is set for release in 2024.
