Poet Laureates Ashley M. Jones (State of Alabama) and Salaam Green (City of Birmingham) will share their new books of poetry.
Birmingham community legends Ashley M. Jones, author of Lullaby for the Grieving, and Salaam Green, author of The Other Revival: Poems & Reckonings, will share the stage to discuss their new works, their tenures as poet laureates, and their creative processes. Both are much lauded and loved in our state and are an inspiration to everyone. Books will be available for purchase.
