Meet at Flemming Park to learn about finding and photographing birds.
David Frings from Samford University's Environmental Management program, a native Alabamian and avid bird photographer, will demonstrate how to sight birds and talk about the best ways to capture them in photographs. This program will involve walking through Flemming Park on what could be uneven surfaces. Participants will hopefully be able to see several different species of birds and other flowers and fauna. Please bring binoculars and cameras if you are able. Only a few extra binoculars will be on site to loan. Young children and dogs are discouraged from attending.
